It never ceases to amaze me how dumb people can be, and I hate to say it, but this proves how some people aren't fit to reproduce! In Surgoinsville, Tenn. police arrested a man that is accused of stashing painkillers in his 5 year old niece's pants pocket.He is charged with possession of narcotics and reckless endangerment and is scheduled for arraignment Feb. 9. 28-year-old Dickie Lynn Keirsey, who police said lives with the child's family, was arrested.
