Monica Ruby Morales Found!

Monica Ruby Morales has been found, with her mother in Mexico. Monica was declared missing and an amber alert was issued on Mon. Feb. 23, 2009. Monica is 4 years old, and was taken from her father's home by two women posing as social workers. Monica's mother was deported 3 weeks ago. Good news is she is found!
