YREKA, Calif. — Authorities have issued an Amber Alert after a three-year-old girl was abducted during a burglary in Yreka.
Authorities say Francis Ann Collins was abducted during a home burglary early Monday.
The little girl is described as three-feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a tie dyed T-shirt.
Police have identified a suspect in the case as 22-year-old Cody Kaplan.
He is described as weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes.
He's believed to be driving a green Pontiac grand am.
