A toddler was found wandering a street in Buna, Texas. Neighbors found the toddler in the street, and Jasper County deputies were called. Methamphetamine, and as many as 16 snakes were found in the mother's home, one of them dead.
The mother was charged with endangerment of a child by criminal neglect and possession of a controlled substance.
People like this shouldn't even be parents. This is what scares me these days, that there are people like this, out in the world having children, and they think this behavior is acceptable.
