Sex Offenders, What Would You Do?

Ok, I know I am going to offend at least one person with what I am about to say, but I really don't care.

I have always told my family and close friends, that if someone EVER attempted to sexually assault any one of my children, I would be in prison, because I would kill them.

I still stand by that statement, and will to the day I am buried...(no pun intended)

My children are everything to me, and yes, I do believe in the death penalty as well, and no, I do not think our court system is fair... The american justice system is corrupt. I do have evidence of this, but that is another post entirely.

Back to the issue, Child Abuse and Sexual Abuse.

I was reading the news this morning to be greeted by the story of a father who came to his 17 year old daughters rescue in the middle of the night. She was on the verge of being attacked by a 52 year old man, that was naked except for a mask, latex gloves and had rope, condoms and a knife with him.

The man who broke in had served 10 years in prison for criminal confinement and sexual deviate conduct and was wanted in Boone County for failure to register as a sex offender. He was registered as a sex offender in Marion County. (Indiana)

When police arrived he was pronounced dead- seems to be of a heart attack. The father wrestled him to the hallway floor, and that is where they were found, with dad's arm around the suspect's neck. Go Dad!!!! I am glad the man is dead, although I wish it were from a bit more of a violent nature!
