MARCELLUS, NY-About 3 a.m., a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup truck struck a utility pole in the 2800 block of West Seneca Turnpike and flipped over, deputies said. Residents of the block told deputies they heard the crash and saw two people run from the wreck and into a wooded area, deputies said.

Officials are still searching for the suspected driver, they have apprehended the suspected passenger, Robert Kilcoyne. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. He appeared to be intoxicated and was uncooperative with investigators.
My guess is, and I'm sure it is a wild guess, that the suspected driver, Kyle Connor is out somewhere sobering up. I'm sure he is trying to beat a DUI or DWI charge.
