Demonstrator at state fair spends 7 days behind bars, but state officials can't find a law he broke

Seems that he was walking around the NYS Fair like this, with his pal right next to him. He never said a word to anyone. Apparently someone didn't appreciate it when he stood next to the Army recruiting table, and called the troopers on him.

NYS police arrested him on trespassing charges, but they have still not been able to find a law that he actually broke.
