Child Endangerment Charges Stay For Maxwell Case

All child endangerment charges will stay for the Erin Maxwell case. Erin Maxwell died Aug. 30, an autopsy ruled the cause of death as asphyxia with sexual trauma as a contributing factor. Her step brother, Alan Jones has been charged with her murder.

The child endangerment charges are against Lynn and Lindsey Maxwell, (parent and step parent), for the deplorable conditions they kept Erin in. The house was filled with over 100 cats, dead kittens in a freezer, feces and garbage everywhere.

If it were up to me, these people would rot in hell for what they put that child through. They locked her in her room in the evenings, barely fed her, and treated her like garbage.
